For all orders from Meenobabies.com only, send back your unused product in original box in re-sellable condition within 45 days from ordering and we'll give you a refund or send you another color or style (sorry, no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise).
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
- Call Meeno Babies at 1-800-631-1701 ext #2, place your new order and we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) for the item you would like to return. Please write your RMA# on your box and invoice.
- Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records.
- Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
- Write your order number and RMA# on the front of the box.
- Mail to Meeno Babies, Inc., 772 Overture Lane, Fairfield, CA 94534 with viable tracing method.
Your new exchanged item will be shipped at no cost to you. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Meeno Babies Inc. and BICG Inc. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Meeno Babies Inc. and BICG Inc. also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement.
